7 Ballot Initiatives — Yes or No?

Arkansas legislators placed three constitutional amendments on the November ballot while four proposals have come from citizen groups. At our BCRW meeting on October 18, we’ll talk about it with State Senator Cecile Bledsoe. She will share her knowledge and answer our questions.
