Washington County Judge Joseph Wood will be our featured speaker on Tuesday, November 21. November is National Adoption Awareness Month, and Judge Wood’s life story is a fantastic emphasis:

Abandoned in the streets at birth, Joseph Wood was placed in an orphanage and would eventually find his forever family. He grew up with his two brothers and sister in the tough neighborhoods of Chicago. Joseph’s mother was an educator and his father was a construction worker. Education and hard work, along with serving the community, were expected in the family. Joseph held on to these values and continue to instill them in his children and grandchildren.

YES, Nov. 21 is two days before Thanksgiving, and YES, we are meeting. Please attend! We will also elect 2018 officers.

BCRW meets the third Tuesday of each month at the Pleasant Crossing Golden Corral in Rogers (exit 81). Networking begins at 11:30 am and the meeting begins at noon. We warmly invite guests to attend.
